We loved the great location, comfortable and clean rooms, and the incredibly helpful staff. They were generous with their time and advice, making our stay even better.

The rooms were so chill, they had AC, a TV, a fridge, and a minibar! I loved the comfy seating area in some rooms where I could just relax.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the showers. But hey, that's just me!

The breakfast option could have been more diverse.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, it almost made up for the lack of variety in the breakfast. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed. Oh, and the daily manager's reception was a nice touch.

Who needs a convenient location anyway? I loved walking for miles to find a 7 11.

Location right by railway and a shopping mall and the public areas and rooms. 15 minutes walk to Wat Nong Wang.

We recently stayed at Terminal in Khon Kaen and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. One unique feature of the hotel is that they provide bicycles for guests to use, which was a fun and convenient way to explore the city. If we ever felt lazy, the hotel staff even offered to help us with shopping. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower was great, and we loved the train themed room decor. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I chose Terminal for its close proximity to Phra Nakhon Si Borirak Memorial. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the other amenities such as dry cleaning/laundry services and a bar. The convenience of having local dining outlets just 100 meters away from the hotel was an added bonus.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, to Ton Tann night market. Had nice styled and reasonably large room with private bathroom and climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who even offered to buy things for us. The unique train-themed rooms with comfortable beds and good showers were amazing. Additionally, the hotel provides bicycles to explore the city, and the location next to the railway offered a unique experience.
